Exciting updates are coming to the City of Indian Wells' Residence Benefit Card program!
- NEW for 2026! Residence Benefit Card Code of Conduct Policy Manual
Starting in 2026, residents who apply for the Residence Benefit Card program have the option of a virtual card that can be accessed anytime on your personal iOS or Android device. These virtual cards are available at a reduced price of $45 for the Golf Residence Benefit Card and $5 for the Social Residence Benefit Card.
Still prefer a physical card? No problem! Residents can purchase physical cards for a small fee of $5, in addition to the virtual card fee.
The updated Residence Benefit Card program offers all the same great benefits as before while being more affordable, convenient and environmentally friendly. With this enhancement, residents will gain immediate access to their card as soon as their application is approved — eliminating delays related to printing and mailing!
Please note, the online form is for RENEWALS ONLY. If you have never been an RBC holder, visit City Hall starting in January 2026. New residents, first-time cardholders, and those who have recently changed properties in Indian Wells must obtain an RBC in person at City Hall.
Please do not add new residents or children to the online renewal form who have never had an RBC before, as this will cause delays in processing your 2026 RBC.
In-person renewals will begin in January 2026.
