Eisenhower Walk of Honor and Veterans' MemorialCharacterized by meandering walkways, majestic palm trees and brilliant flowers, the 5,000 square-foot Eisenhower Walk of Honor memorial features an eternal wellspring, a bronze bust of General Dwight D. Eisenhower, and two seven-foot granite walls inscribed with the names of hundreds of Indian Wells residents who served in the U.S. armed forces  and have been a resident of the City for a minimum of three years.

The wellspring signifies the sacrifice made by all those who served to preserve America's freedom; the 1.5x life-sized bust is set upon a red granite pentagon-shaped base, lined by five flags, representing each branch of the armed services. Adjacent plaques describe Eisenhower's accomplishments as general and Supreme Allied Commander during World War II, and his service as the 34th President of the United States. The Walk of Honor is located on the south side of City Hall at Highway 111 and Eldorado Lane in Indian Wells.
