City Public Hearings

The City of Indian Wells invites all interested parties to attend public hearings and express their views. Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date. If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you or another person addressed at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Consideration of an Urgency Ordinance by the City Council to Amend Chapter 21.85 of the City of Indian Wells Municipal Code Regarding Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units to Comply with Recent Changes in State Law; and Finding the Action to Be Statutorily Exempt from CEQA Under Section 21080.17 of the Public Resources Code.

Planning Commission:

No public hearing.
