The Indian Wells Community Activities Committee members are appointed by the City Council. The Committee advises and makes recommendations to the Council regarding an overall plan for encouraging and fostering community interaction among residents. Included in the committee's scope of work is proposing an annual calendar for community activities, as well as planning and implementation of such activities. Five resident members and one council member comprise the committee, which meets at City Hall the second Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m.
