With a Property Owner Annual I.D. Card, Indian Wells property owners may play the 36-hole championship golf courses at the Indian Wells Golf Resort for just $35 per round, year-round play, any time of day. Advance tee times are not necessary but are recommended
; residents may book tee times up to two weeks in advance. Residents also receive a **20% discount in the Golf Resort's restaurant, and ***20% off soft goods, such as the latest fashions. After a round of golf, enjoy the IW Club. Grab a cup of Peet's coffee and a delicious snack or sandwich at the Cafe before heading out to the course.
At the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indian Wells residents receive a 10% discount at the Pro Shop. Indian Wells residents who are current members of the Tennis Garden receive a 20% discount. These discounts apply to merchandise only (not food and beverage) throughout the year except for the weeks of the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament when discounts are not applicable.
