Property Owner ID Cards
Indian Wells residents are entitled to a free Property Owner Identification (ID) card, which gives them exclusive access to discounts on green fees and 20% off all food, beverages and merchandise at the Indian Wells Golf Resort. Residents may also present a valid Property Owners ID card at Indian Wells’ four luxurious hotel properties to receive 20% discounts on food and spa services (where offered).
Free Property Owner ID cards are now issued annually on a calendar year basis. Cardholders who maintain established property ownership in Indian Wells will be mailed a renewal form to renew their Property Owner ID cards via U.S. mail. If a new photo is required, cardholders must come to City Hall to process new cards in person. New residents or first-time cardholders must come to City Hall to process their ID cards in person, and must provide valid proof of property ownership (i.e. grant deed, escrow closing statement, etc.)
Property Owner ID cards may be issued to the property owner, spouse or one domestic partner, and to dependent children under 21 years old. Please note that leaseholders, renters and timeshare owners are not eligible. For more information, please contact Indian Wells City Hall.
