Infrastructure

Goal:

Improve city infrastructure to maintain quality of life and beautification of city

• Complete plans and commence construction  of Hwy 111 beautification project

• Complete  Phase I of City Monument Signage

• Construct 56  affordable housing units known as  Mountain View Villas II

• Facilitate implementation of development agreements for the Indian Wells Town Center and Indian Wells Crossing

• Maintain and improve physical appearance of the City

• Utility undergrounding  in Indian Wells Village Area
